Let’s Plan Your Project
Service Description
Our design consultation is a dedicated service focused on creating a clear, customized plan for your space. We’ll walk your home, take measurements, and begin developing layout, material, and functionality recommendations. Design services are billed separately and are not credited toward the construction portion of your project. This ensures the design phase receives the time and attention it deserves, independent of production. Each design includes two rounds of revisions to refine your plan. Any additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
Cancellation Policy
At Raleigh Woodworks, we value your time and appreciate your interest in working with us. When you book an appointment, you’re reserving a dedicated time slot that could otherwise be offered to another client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@raleighwoodworks. Advance notice helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available time. We understand that life happens, but out of respect for our schedule and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Thank you for your consideration and for helping us serve everyone efficiently!
